As this is a free website, it is very important that users agree to the terms and conditions of use described herein.  These terms and conditions protect both you and the website owner/administrator.

1. That use of this website constitutes an agreement to these common sense terms and conditions, whether you read them or not.

3. Not to hack the website.  If I have to battle hackers over the defacing of my website I will take it down, I simply do not have time to waste on it as it is.

Though not all of the material on this website is my own, it is still Copyright its rightful owner and/or creator.  Although all of the video on this site may be reused by following the source link, almost all of the photograhy and textual copy is my own and used excluslively on this site.  Any reuse of my unique and original images or text IS an infringement of my Copyright.  As an artist and designer I work hard to make an impact or a mark on the world that is not often heard or seen.  I myself respect other people's artwork and their Copyright.  I only hope others will do the same for me.
